I’ve added funds to my iFOREX account using my credit/debit card, but I’ve been charged twice.

Sometimes, on a temporary bank statement, you may see the same transaction twice, but at the due date the bank will charge you just once. Please confirm with your bank if indeed you’ve been charged twice.
If you’ve checked and you’ve been charged twice, kindly send your account manager an official bank statement proving the double charge and we will check it with our payment providers.
