I made a withdrawal, but I haven’t received the money in my account.

Please verify with your account manager how the money has been refunded. If we refunded it by bank transfer, then you should see the money in your bank account in approximately 3-5 business days from the processing date. If we refunded it to the used card, then please note that the receipt of the requested withdrawal funds may take up to 28 working days, depending on the clearing solution you funded your account with.
